11 Hacks to develop Cold Shower Habit (based on my 50 days experiment on self).

0. Read these 11 Hacks if you google and agree on Productivity Benefits of Cold Shower Bath -

1. Exhale heavily from nose once you get under the shower.
2. Play a song from 90s like Vijaypath, Tezab, Phool Aur Kante, Saudagar, Mohra, Tridev, Aashiqui, Damini etc. and then get under shower. It tricks brain.
3. Make noise from throat as if you are in battlefield against Mughals, Aurangzeb etc.
4. Rub Face harshly immediately. This is number 1 break through formula💪
5. Get under cold shower with feeling that the benefits mentioned on Google (like metabolism increases, reduced stress, relieves muscle soreness and fatigue, Increase Productivity etc) and then see the magic 🥳😇
6. Think as if you are Arnold Schwarzenegger of your colony/apartment etc and face cold shower !! Works like wonder. Trust me!
7. Use rough Bath Sponge to scrub body.
8. Turn off heater 30 minutes prior to bath. And then actually use left tab to deceive mind 😁
9. Take one day and one bath at a time.
10. Count 1 to 30 or Put 15 seconds timer. Works best guys !!
11. Plan your bath time considering kind of threat you get at University Circle Traffic with delay of just 3 minutes. Think like standing in Security check in when your name is announced as only passenger to be boarded on flight.
Most important to note -
a) Did I manage to form habit of cold shower bath after 50 days? : Honestly, I still think NO. Basal Ganglia in my brain constantly craves for Comfort. I will circle back this post after 100 days... Hoping that this would convert it into behaviour by then 😀.
b) After cold shower bath, wrap yourself with towel, close eyes and feel the peace.
c) Temperature and weather has nothing to do with Cold Shower Bath. Temperature below 9 degrees in Pune were best days for me.
d) Not all days, I enjoyed Cold Shower bath. Accept it and take it as Project friends 🙂
